Shipping Policy
All orders are processed with one business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders must have matching shipping/billing information for your order to be processed.
Domestic Shipping Rates/Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any order over $349 will have free shipping.
In-Store Pickups
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up during store hours at: 96 River Oaks Center Drive, Calumet City, IL 60409. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup on the same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. You must show ID and proof of purchase in order to get your order. ID must match on order confirmation.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-8pm Friday-Saturday, 12pm-6pm Sunday.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping to countries outside of the United States.
Refunds/Returns
All items wished to be return must start the return process through our email: thevault312@gmail.com. After 7 days, we do not accept any returns. All items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition and have not been used. After receiving and inspecting products, we will refund you.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items of the original price.
You will be liable for return shipping fee on returned goods.
